What this service is for: A Bond Clean is a comprehensive clean designed to support end-of-lease inspections and help prepare the property for handover. What’s Included Services include, but are not limited to: - Full kitchen clean including stovetop, rangehood exterior, accessible surfaces, and cabinetry fronts - Bathrooms thoroughly cleaned including tiles, mirrors, basins, bath, shower glass, fittings, and exhaust fans - Spot cleaning of walls where suitable and safe to do so - Skirting boards dusted and wiped - Light switches cleaned - Bedroom robes and linen closet shelving/surfaces cleaned - Interior windows, glass, mirrors, and windowsills cleaned - Full floor cleaning throughout (vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping) Optional Extras Oven cleaning Exterior window cleaning Important to Note This service is designed for vacant properties unless otherwise arranged. End of Lease Cleans are more detailed than standard maintenance cleans, and additional time may be required depending on the size, condition, and level of build-up within the property. Time Expectations Minimum booking: 4 hours Cleaning time varies depending on property size and condition Larger or heavily used properties may require extended booking time Please note: A deposit may be required at the time of booking for End of Lease Cleans.
