By booking with Ashby Co. Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions help ensure clarity, quality, and fairness for both our clients and our team.
1. Service Agreement
Ashby Co. Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Geelong, Victoria. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Payment Terms

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the booking.

We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS, and cash.

A 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking End of Lease cleans.

Late payments may incur a fee and may affect future bookings.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

Missed appointments with no notice may result in full charge and possible refusal of future bookings.
4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your clean, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return promptly to resolve any issues — at no extra cost.
Please note: This guarantee does not apply where areas were inaccessible or pre-existing conditions were present.
5. Access to Property
Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the property. If we cannot access the premises at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply, or the full service may be charged.
6. Limitations of Service
Our services do not include:

Lawn, garden, or outdoor maintenance

Pest control, mould removal, or biohazard cleaning

Lifting/moving heavy furniture or unsafe tasks

Repairs or handyman work
To help us deliver a thorough clean, please ensure spaces are free of clutter and safe to access.
7. Breakages & Liability
While every care is taken during cleans, accidents can happen. Any incidents must be reported to Ashby Co. within 24 hours.

We are fully insured for public liability.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured fixtures, or items of high fragility unless discussed in advance.
8. Privacy Policy
All client details are kept confidential and are used solely for communication and service delivery. We do not share your personal information with third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
Ashby Co. Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on our website and will apply to all future services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
